Studio for Rent

Gallery 262 has 3 studio spaces and two small exhibition spaces that are available for lease and/or rent.    Currently, there is one studio space for rent—it’s about 180 sq.ft. and rents for $350/month or $300/month on a six month lease.  All studio artists have exhibition areas outside their studios, use of a tenants-only bathroom, use of the kitchen, and participate in monthly 2nd Saturday receptions.  Also, an image of their work and a link to their website is posted on our website.  Exhibition Space Available

The gallery spaces rent for $400/month each or $750 is both spaces are rented.  Rentals for for one month at a time and change each month, and publicity is provided through e-blasts by Gallery 262, and the Escondido Municipal Gallery.
